Second Brain privacy policy

Second Brain is a private application used only by its owner. It connects only to the owner's own Google account, at the owner's request.

Google data it can access

• Gmail: reading messages, organizing them with labels and folders, and sending messages the owner has approved. It cannot permanently delete mail.
• Google Calendar: reading and managing events on calendars the owner owns.

How the data is used

The data is used only to give the owner briefings, suggestions and the actions the owner asks for. It is processed by software and an AI model running on servers the owner controls, and it is not sent to third-party AI services.

Storage and sharing

Stored data is kept encrypted on servers the owner controls. It is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising.

Revoking access

The owner can remove this application's access at any time from the Google account's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
